Then there were problems connecting to the service and all attempts to obtain customer support were ignored. I tried submitting tickets to their supposed support service and I tried email. This is the third VPN service i have used and was by far the best.Pros:1. Stays connected for weeks at a time without a drop out.2. Max out my 15 Mb connection on most of their servers.3. Open VPN client.4. Good Info available on their website and good support.Cons:1. Only 1 device can connect at a time.2. Must stay disconnected for 5 mins before connecting to a new server or even back to the same server.3.
