When you connect their VPN(they give you a username and password) you can access Facebook, Youtube and other sites that are blocked. I also had a small problem with my computer that they told me how to sort out. Apparently my DNS was “poisoned” as they put it, but I ran a simple command they emailed me and it all worked out.What I like most about them is that they treat customers with respect and quickly respond to emails in a step-by-step fashion. Most businesses these days just want to take your money and don`t care much about customers. Ordering was a little bumpy, because they asked for an ID copy, but I kind of got used to it (I live in Vietnam). ShuPosted January 5, 2011 at 2:55 AMI have a 4Mbps Internet connection from China Telecom. Got a UK VPN from highspeedvpn but I got really bad speeds when testing with speedtest.net. I still don`t know if it`s my ISPs fault or problem with their server. However they switched me to west coast US server and speed improved dramatically.Support was helpful, answered in under 20 min every time.
